Love the look, quality, and size! Solid. All parts and tools included. Easy to follow directions. Exactly what I needed to keep my closet organized. Love the little bottom drawer too!I have an over abundance of shoes and not so much space in our new house. So I ordered this hoping it would help and it sure holds a good amount of shoes! Definitely a plus that this is made of bamboo, it’s surprisingly heavy duty and such good quality. Set up was easy, the look is pretty I think the only issue is that some of the shelves are not tall enough to fit certain shoes standing up(like ankle booties)- Instead you have to pay them down which is also fine. Overall it’s nice and the large drawer on the bottom is a plusthis is a great shoe holder that is very easy to use and quite compact for what it holds. It is pretty heavy though considering its size. The coloring is great and well represented in the pictures. the spacing is perfect for standard tennis shoes and such but depending on the height of the high tops they would have to be "bent" to fit. The drawer is a nice feature but if you have softer carpet and such the drawer could possibly be difficult to open and close. The only big thing regarding it is you need an electric screwdriver/hex impact/drill and a proper sized metric Allen bit or it will take a couple of hrs. to hand turn all the screws with one it took me about 30-45 minutes to do. It is az great unit and has worked great with only a few limitations.This took me 3 days to put together because your hands will hurt so bad. It comes with this little Allen wrench that is even too large for some of the areas it's needed and there's so much to screw it. 4 little screws per shelf. It's a lot. And it hurts. I almost gave up. There's got to be a better way to put it together especially because the screws don't go in the whole way before you physically have to twist them into the wood with your strength. Some, I didn't even get in the whole way and there just wasn't enough room to do it anyway. Otherwise, it looks good and it's roomy so I'm glad I got it.Warning: Don't order this unless you have hex/allen wrench bits for an electric screwdriver or drill first. As I was assembling the shoe rack I kept thinking I should go to the hardware store and get the right bit for my drill but it was a nice day. I was assembling it on my front porch listening to some pleasant music. Occasionally, I would think this is turning out to be a VERY expensive rack if my labor is worth anything. Thankfully I had a much better set of allen wrenches that gave me a bit more leverage than the included tool. It still took nearly three hours. The directions were better than some but still not as clear as they could be and although each piece was labeled, they could have also been labeled directionally. I had to redo a couple of pieces.At least all the screw holes lined up very nicely. I did have one little wooden peg that broke in the hole. I probably should have drilled it out but I just left it, making the unit slightly weaker but I think it will be fine.All that said, I think the unit looks very nice. I'm not sure what I'll put in that bottom drawer yet - maybe shoe polish or maybe I just get rid of any shoes that need polished. At least the rack allows me to keep all my shoes off the floor by the front door. Now I just need to clean up the rest of the mess and vacuum the floor.Well made and strong enough to hold all the shoes. Looks nice and helps keep things visible so I don't forget what I haveThis shoe rack looks really good and it’s solid. It looks good enough to put in your living room. You could use it for other purposes besides shoes. The height is great and the drawer on the bottom is convenient to store socks. The shelves are a bit wide which wastes space.The assembly is a pain and took me almost 3 hours. There are so many panels and screws which you use the provided Allen wrench to screw together. Because some of the spaces are tight it’s difficult to screw some of them in.The price is a bit high in my opinion but this is a great piece of furniture and it’s versatile.This unit was simple to put together and it's actually pretty sturdy. I've got kids shoes in there and sandals and whatnot. Everything fits perfectly and concealed. Adding this to my entryway has made it where there's a lot more organization with the shoe situation in my household and that's all I could have ever asked for. The rack actually looks pretty nice like a nice piece of furniture.
