This filing cabinet looks good and is a great price. It arrived with one damaged piece but I emailed the manufacturer, Bush Industries, with photos of the damaged part and received a replacement part within 3 days. Excellent customer service from Bush Industries.On the whole the lateral file is easy to construct, but does take a few hours. Once built it is solid and looks good.I would buy this file cabinet again, but not from the same seller on amazon I bought this one from. I bought this file cabinet from OJ Commerce, and I emailed them about the broken part first and asked for a replacement to be sent. However all I received from them was question after question and whether I could repack and return first the whole filing cabinet to them and then (after push back from me) just the damaged part. After replying to clarify that I expected OJ Commerce to cover the costs of me returning the damaged part to them in advance of returning the part I didn't hear anything further from them. No idea why they needed the part returning anyway, as the manufacturer didn't require it! So the lateral filing cabinet is recommended, but I recommend finding an alternative seller to the one I used.
