These book series, are essential to any artist looking to understand anatomy, form and gesture of the human body. I'm an art student and aspiring concept artist, and I found that drawing from these books every day has improved my understanding of human anatomy and then some. Fair warning though, the photos are flat but it is the understanding of anatomy and form that you are looking for. I recommend these books along with watching and learning from old masters (Michaelangelo, Leonardo, to name a few /contemporary artist (Feng Zhu, Kim Jung Gi, Sycra. Etc) as well and you will eventually grasp in your own way. It's important to not take these books lightly and frequent them often. Celui-ci est pas mal, mais un peu "foutoir", par rapport à des ouvrages comme ceux d'Antartic Press.この本自体が結構古いものだから何とも言いようがないが掲載モデルはこのシリーズ通しておもに一冊で３人登場しているが、きりのいいページでモデル変わっているなら３人でも分からないでもないがモデルがポーズによって変わってしまってページに統一感がないのが残念。。。最初に登場する表紙の女性は体型もよく、日本人らしい顔立ちで髪も黒く、胸のサイズも程よく陰毛も自然に濃く黒々していてモデルとして素晴らしい…この人だけなら最高なのに。腕や脚を上げたり曲げたりする一連の流れを収めています。ページも見やすく整理されています。（ポーズカタログにも言えますが）写真は小さめで陰影もそれほどはっきりとしていません。ポーズ・ファイルに至っては、目次もありませんのでひたすらクロッキーするのに使用すると良いです。 巻末に１０ページほど手だけの写真を掲載しています。開いた手や握った手、握手したり棒を握ったり。たいへん良好な状態であり、満足しております。今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
