Love the file and the peel feature!I like this because it's got peel off backs.These little emery boards are the best. You can peel back a layer (I think there are 3 layers) when it’s no longer rough enough.whose time has come. I go through those nail file blocks with several sides pretty quickly so when I saw a renewable file (the file sides peel back to reveal a whole new file) in a magazine, I wanted to try it. It works very well. I am not sure of the price. I have no place other than Amazon to shop right now, so I thought it was a little high. Maybe these can be found in drug stores cheaper or when it catches on the price will drop.I can’t find this nail file anywhere anymore and even though it’s a tad pricey it’s worth every dollar. Consider it as 5 files in one since you can peel away. We even were able to use one set for our dog so tell me how awesome is that?!What a great idea!! I'm always running out of good files and I usually have them stashed around my house and purse. The grain on these is good, not the best, but good. One side is a bit more coarse than the other and to peel the layers off is fairly easy.The small size is great for travel or keeping in your makeup bag.It's a little more coarse than I would have expected for a standard nail file. The peel away idea is clever. I would have liked a fine paper on the other side if this was going to be so coarse. You must have another file to go behind this one. I was hoping it would be a throw-in-your-purse basic one.I love this file. I have bought several and just keep buying more. It is so convenient to just peel off to the next layerwhen one is finished. Especially great for purse or travel. You never have to worry about needing a second filethis one last a long time, just peel and you have a new file.
